Introduction to yoga

The class had their first experience in school of yoga today, thanks to Lesley Cherry. After some great stretching, the children relaxed with some meditation. It turned out to be a wonderful way to end a Friday afternoon! many thanks to Murdoch Jamieson for supplying the yoga mats. We are looking forward to Lesley coming back in two weeks time.
